Our leadership team
Johnny Tran is the founder and managing partner of Xcel Homes. Mr. Tran has 15 years of engineering/construction, project management, operations, business development, and real estate experience. He is responsible for guiding the firm’s overall strategy and real estate operations.
Prior to Xcel Homes, Mr. Tran worked in a number of roles in the oil and gas industry. He holds certifications in Six Sigma as well as Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Tran earned an MBA from Rice University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He enjoys racquet sports and weight training for personal fitness.
